Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. For items that are out of stock, orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks. There is not an option to order discontinued items that are out of stock. There may be an up-charge for shipment of candles weighing over 1 lb (16 oz).
For Candle Club Members, your monthly candles will be shipped on the 1st of every month. Please log in to your member account or review the membership listing for more details.
All customers will receive an email notification upon the date shipped. Shipping services are provided by Goin' Postal and a tracking number will be sent with the email notification to the email address you have provided.
